Pathetic hotel, arrogant staff, miserable facilities The air conditioner was full of noise while night No toiletries in the bathroom and worst of all giving tea or coffee and sugar with spoons to stir Worst hotel in my experience so far

It was worst ever hotel experience. Such a Bad room and bathroom, there was continuous noise or Generator sound during the night and when complaint to manager he was not responsive (Manage Name - Jiva). Labor guys were drunk in the night and it feels very unsafe for women during night. A genuine advice, AVOID this hotel.

When booking this hotel, my partner and I who are not married saw that couples need to produce a marriage certificate on check-in. I do understand cultural differences are to be observed when travelling outside one's own country but a marriage certificate is not something that most people take with them on holiday. Perhaps this hotel is best left to the locals

A nice hotel to stay in Pondicherry. Friendly behavior of staff is impressive.. But the check in time can be made flexible for the travellers convenience.. Very much Enjoyed the stay with the family..

The hotel is clean but the hotel receptionist are very arrogant and do not know how to talk to customer and how to treat the customer. Even, I asked that I want to talk to manager and they refused. They are not professional. I asked extra soap and extra towel for my kids and they denied as well. In room the hot water cattle are there but no cups. Every thing you have to ask, Telephone line is not working, to get any thing, I have to call a particular mobile number. I will not recommend this hotel for stay.
